1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ProQuote Electric (“the App”, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProQuote Electric provides a mobile software application and cloud platform designed to assist UK trade professionals with job estimation, quote creation, invoicing, material price lookup, and customer tracking.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Free Plan: Includes 1 active quote, 1 active job, 1 active invoice, and 1 customer.
• Paid Subscriptions: Subscriptions (Pro £12.99/mo, Business+ £19.99/mo) are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their billing cycles.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your device subscription settings. Access continues until the end of your paid billing period.

4. Live Material Pricing Disclaimer

ProQuote Electric provides material price references from UK suppliers for convenience. While we aim for accuracy, live supplier trade prices are subject to change by suppliers without notice. Electricians remain solely responsible for verifying final component costs before submitting quotes to clients.

5. User Content and Customer Documents

You retain full ownership of all quotes, invoices, client records, and logos you upload or create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, ProQuote Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
